We process your Shopify shop identifier, domain, installation and authorization records, catalog products and variants, inventory context, markets, policies, relevant metafields, scan reports, approved corrections, billing status and evidence that you choose to paste. We do not request orders, customer lists or payment card data. Do not paste customer personal information into evidence entries.

We use this information to authenticate your store, audit catalog facts, compare observed answers, record approved changes, monitor regressions, enforce plan limits, provide support and maintain security. We process merchant data to deliver the service under our agreement, and limited operational data for legitimate security and service administration purposes. We do not sell personal information or use your catalog to train a model. Draft generation is deterministic and does not send your data to an external AI provider.

Shopify receives API requests and processes app billing. Our app host stores the service database and authorization records. Storefront diagnostics make read-only requests to your Shopify domain and reference this app’s public UCP agent profile. Service infrastructure may process information outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards. Contact us for current processor and transfer information.

Reports and evidence remain while the app is installed so you can review changes. You may request deletion or export by email. Shopify’s shop/redact webhook deletes the store’s app records after uninstall under Shopify’s compliance schedule. Authorization sessions are removed on uninstall. Operational webhook deduplication identifiers contain no catalog or customer content and may be retained for reliability. Records required by law may be retained only for the applicable obligation.

You may request access, correction, export, deletion or restriction and may object where applicable. Contact help@elektraset.com from an authorized store account; we verify authority before disclosing data. You may complain to your local data protection authority. Essential Shopify authentication mechanisms support the embedded app. This landing page uses no advertising trackers.

We use authenticated Shopify libraries, signed webhook verification, access controls and encrypted HTTPS transport. No service can promise perfect security. Material policy updates will be reflected here; contact support for questions.
