Effective 19 October 2026. These terms govern Agent Catalog QA, provided by Elektraset, s.r.o. (https://elektraset.com/). Contact help@elektraset.com for questions.

You must be authorized to connect and edit the store. Use the service only for lawful catalog QA and provide accurate information. Do not upload customer personal information, secrets, unlawful material or content that infringes another party’s rights. You retain ownership of your store content and grant only the permission needed to deliver this service.

Scans inspect the fields and endpoint responses described in each report. Coverage and public access can be limited. Findings are diagnostic observations, not legal, compliance, eligibility or ranking determinations. You are responsible for reviewing drafts and approving accurate content before writing it to Shopify. Compatibility and policy statements require your review. Native Catalog mapping, propagation and external AI consumption are outside our control.

Free includes ten products per manual scan and three approved corrections per UTC calendar month. Monitor is proposed at $19 USD per month with a seven-day trial, 500 products per scan and 100 approved corrections per UTC calendar month, scheduled scans and an in-app regression inbox. Shopify displays and confirms the applicable charges, taxes and billing terms before activation. Development stores use test charges. Cancel Monitor in the app or uninstall through Shopify; access reverts to Free when the subscription ceases to be active. Refund questions are reviewed through support and subject to applicable law and Shopify billing rules.

We aim to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific support response time, increased AI mentions, traffic, sales or eligibility. We may suspend access for abuse or security concerns. You may stop using or uninstall the app at any time. Our privacy policy describes data handling and deletion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, and liability for indirect loss is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited. Changes apply prospectively after publication here; material changes to billing require the applicable Shopify process. Contact support to resolve disputes before further action.
